My name is Caroline, I’m a specialised cancer nurse with experience in general practice. When COVID19 hit, I went virtual for my patients and realised the impact one person can have when navigating and personalising someone’s health and wellbeing journey.
Working in both community and hospital, I have learnt the significant impacts our lifestyle, habits, the right health professional, clinical education and community has on our health decisions.
I believe providing someone with the right health professionals, reminders, education and supportive environment it has the potential of impacting their future health. The community health workshops started for this very reason. You receive clinical education, health awareness, meet local health professionals, focus on yourself and realign your goals.
